PDF Forms App Refund Policy

Municorn Limited (“Municorn”, “we” or “us”) operates PDF Forms App mobile application, and all related services, features and content offered by Municorn (collectively, the “App”). We established this Refund Policy to prevent misunderstandings and disputes with our users (“you” or “user“) regarding refund requests.

By using and/or otherwise accessing the Services or App provided by Municorn you confirm that you have read, understood, accept and agree to follow the Refund Policy.

The User acknowledges and agrees, that the submission of a refund request does not guarantee that the user’s request will be approved. Moreover, we reserve the right to cancel your order without any refund, or decline any refund request, if we suspect that you have or are engaged in, or have in any way been involved in, fraudulent or illegal activity.

 

  1. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

 

Refund eligibility depends on how you subscribed to the App.

  • Subscriptions Purchased via our Website

If you are not satisfied with the App, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Usage-based refund policy. Our refund policy is based on whether the core functionality of the App has already been used. If the user has not used the App (i.e., has not created any document), a refund may be issued for the current billing period. If the user has created one or more documents, the service is considered to have been fully or partially rendered, and no refund will be granted. However, if you have used the App but were not satisfied with its functionality, please contact us to discuss your case.
  • Refund window. Refund requests may only be submitted during an active subscription period. If the user has not used the app, we may offer a refund only for the current billing period (weekly, monthly, annual subscription). Please note that if the subscription has already expired, no refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are only available for first-time purchases. Renewals and subsequent charges are non-refundable.
  • Submit a refund request. To request a refund, you can email us [email protected] or open a chat with our support team via the Contact Support in the App or on our website.
  • Refund process.Once we receive your request, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Verification process.To comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, we may request verification documents such as identification, proof of payment, or other supporting information before processing a refund.

Important Notes:

  • To prevent renewal charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. Ensure you cancel the subscription prior to deleting the App.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if we believe the refund policy is being misused or if we suspect fraud or other misconduct.

 

  • Subscriptions Purchased via another platforms

If you subscribed via an app distribution platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), refund requests must be made directly through the respective platform:

  • Apple App Store. Apple typically honors all refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date, at their discretion. To request a refund, check your Apple ID email for the receipt and visit Apple Support and follow the instructions.
  • Google Play. Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play Support. Find your Transaction ID (starts with GPA.XXX) in your Google Play confirmation email.

You can find your receipts in your email or through your App Store/Google Play purchase history.

 

Consumption Information. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we may collect and process the information about your in-app purchase activity for the purpose of assisting Apple with refund requests and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  1. EU / UK NOTE: THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal:

For customers in the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase under certain conditions. The following details explain how to exercise this right:

  • Withdrawal period. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. This period expires 14 calendar days after the purchase date.
  • Exercising the right of withdrawal.

To withdraw from your purchase, you must send us an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email or letter) before the withdrawal period expires.

  • Exceptions to the right of withdrawal. You will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed and if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
  1. US NOTE

We comply with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws, including enhanced rights in certain states. The following outlines your rights and our refund practices for subscribers in the United States.

  • 3-Day cooling-off period. If you reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Wisconsin, you may cancel your subscription before midnight on the third business day after the date you subscribed, without penalty or obligation.

To exercise this right, you must send us a clear cancellation request (e.g., by email) before the deadline.

  • Refund in case of death or disability. If you pass away during the subscription period, your estate is entitled to a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. If you become medically disabled and unable to use the App, you may also request a partial refund for the remaining time on your subscription by submitting medical documentation and a refund request to the contacts.

  1. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Lifetime subscriptions(if applicable).
  • You haveexpressly consented to the immediate provision of the service (e.g., access to premium features), acknowledging that you forfeit the withdrawal right.
  1. MISCELLANEOUS
  • User responsibility for fees. Any transaction fees related to refunds (e.g., bank processing fees) will be borne by the user and deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Amendment of policy. This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time in accordance with legal and regulatory changes. Continued use of the App after changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
